In terms of providing advice on maintaining motivation for the TOEIC, I would ask why you want to do the test. Once you remind yourself of this goal, I wonder if this might help. I would encourage you to think about the benefits of doing the test.

In terms of dramas, I would suggest something which links with your own interests. I have been watching Homeland and Breaking Bad recently. They might be a good start. Have you heard of The Handmaids Tale?
